The goal

Any designer will tell you how difficult it is to cull through all the past projects and pick the best.

When pitching myself to a potential client, I craft my presentation to not only show my familiarity with that field (e.g. b2b, consumer goods, non-profits, etc.) but also to get the clients excited about their project. They see the value good design has had for other organizations, and realize they can have the same.

So here I am. Trying to craft a presentation to Faceless Person from Some Company Inc. Different rules apply for this presentation. And I am soooo behind putting it together.

So I’ve decided on a stepped approach to get the ball rolling. Over the next few months I hope to post a new project every few days until I have enough content prepared to launch a less austere web site.

See Paul? Something!

HFS! I’m so proud of you!

So you are going with wordpress?

The type is a little funky.

Thanks babe. There are tons of Wordpress themes out there — this was the simplest and least offensive. The beauty of it is that it’s just a skin and I can ‘plug-in’ my theme when it’s coded, without losing the structure or content.

(I feel like such a luddite!)
